The journey of IQinternz began in 2023, driven by a simple but powerful idea: Talent isn’t limited by geography or college name — it just needs the right opportunity. Founded by S. Ruthvik Sree Ranga, IQinternz was built to bridge the widening gap between students and the ever-evolving demands of the professional world.
What started as a small initiative quickly grew into a full-fledged EdTech movement. Within just two years, IQinternz reached a major milestone — training over 2,000 students and placing more than 400 students in reputed companies across Information Technology, Finance, Consulting, and other key industries. These weren’t just internships — they were real career-launching opportunities, many facilitated directly through collaborations with the very companies hiring the talent.
Our model is simple but unique: Train students through real industry exposure by working directly with companiesand prepare them not just for jobs, but for sustainable careers. Over time, we have partnered with a wide range of organizations, from growing startups to leading firms, as well as top institutes, colleges, and universities across the country.
By 2025, IQinternz had established itself as a trusted platform for both students and companies. To expand our impact further, we entered a strategic collaboration with Code Ninjas, a globally recognized brand in tech education. This partnership marked a new chapter — helping us scale our efforts and push forward a bold new vision: to reshape the hiring process by training talent from the ground up and placing them based on skill, not just a résumé.
At IQinternz, we’re not just an education company — we are career enablers, opportunity creators, and changemakers in the hiring ecosystem. Our mission is to give every student, regardless of background, the chance to rise — equipped with knowledge, guided by industry mentors, and supported by real opportunities.
This is just the beginning. The future belongs to those who are ready — and we’re here to make sure they are.
